my customer support is not permanent

- I "daiz Papp" receive IMs as E-email, don't accept notecards.

- upgrade, redelivery is free, support by redelivery system.

- returns and refunds are not allowed, because it is "no transfer".

- refund when you purchase the same item,  if send IM within a month.

- no support ALT accounts, please contact Linden when hacked account.
